OBJECTIVE:

• Generate project-specific information on progress, processes and performance. Analyze and aggregate data generated at various levels to track progress, process quality and Project sustainability.
• Promote public accountability by monitoring project efficiency and effectiveness to assess and communicate whether project activities are likely to achieve expected results or realize its objectives.
• Inform and support management decision-making and control during implementation.
• Draw lessons from experience in terms of understanding factors that have facilitated or inhibited the achievement of objectives.
• Aid communication through provision of information and feedback both internally and externally

KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the design of M&E Templates that will support results-based implementation, tracking and reporting to guide project implementation;
• Monitor and report on the progress on achieving project indicators;
• Responsible for the Monitoring and reporting of project process and progress;
• Responsible for the preparation of TORs and concept notes;
• Responsible for the preparation of quarterly, semi-annual and annual progress reports on achievements against project objectives;
• Assist in the development and finalization of project annual work plans and Budgets;
• Track overall Project implementation to achieve efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability;
• Develop and review templates as well as supervise data management – collection, analysis and reporting;
• Facilitate field monitoring and evaluation to assess level of progress with reference to result framework and other deliverables;
• Provide support towards institutional strengthening as well as enhancing stakeholder participation;
• Collaborate with the safeguards Team to develop a monitoring database on environmental and social management plan implementation
